Old Saxon inn "Kleines Vorwerk"

Altsächsischer Gasthof Kleines Vorwerk

As the first 4-star inn in Saxony, the high-quality cuisine at the inn of Kleines Vorwerk Saya spoils every palate. Much of what is served on the tastefully furnished restaurant's table is produced directly here - from mountain herbal tea from the own herb garden, sweetened with homemade honey, to lamb and juicy steak from the Highland pasture cattle. Here you can taste the Erzgebirge in all its depth and spiciness, creatively prepared for discerning guests. Regional, seasonal and fresh - following these guidelines of the Slow Food movement, the Altsächsischer Gasthof composes its menu.

In winter, cozy up by the fireplace and enjoy Raclette or Fondue to end the day, in summer, let your gaze wander over the Erzgebirge with a magnificent view and enjoy seasonal delicacies in the rustic dining room or winter garden in a cozy atmosphere: The Culinary Calendar of Kleines Vorwerk leaves nothing to be desired.

Interests: I am a family person and I love nature. After many years in a upscale hotel in the Mosel region, I returned to my hometown in 2019. I live in Teplice, Czech Republic, and I enjoy incorporating Bohemian influences into traditional Erzgebirge cuisine. I have a special interest in historical culinary practices. Stay tuned to see what historical recipes I bring to life at Kleines Vorwerk!

This is what I offer you: Traditional, rustic cuisine with Bohemian influences, made with the finest local products for you.
